Adopt a Project MDRT Mail-Bag Challenge Grant Give the gift of literacy by contributing a minimum of $100.00 to send an M-Bag of books to a school, community center, or library in the developing world. All on-line donations will be matched dollar for dollar, thanks to a generous grant from the Million Dollar Roundtable Foundation. In March 2007, the United States Postal Service raised the cost of M-Bag shipments approximately 300 percent. The MDRT Mail-Bag Challenge Grant offers IBP donors a means of fully-funding desperately needed book shipments to locales of their choosing, despite postal rate increases. Ultimately, this grant enables patrons to give more books for their buck. If a donor chooses to contribute $100.00 in support of an M-bag shipment to a school in Kenya, for example, the MDRT Challenge Grant will supply an additional $100.00 to fully fund the parcel. |
